Product Description

This product is designed to detect the activity for variety of kinases (see Table 1) and screening the inhibitors of the corresponding kinase. The assay kit is non-radioactive but colorimetric. 

The principle of the assay is that:

The kinase substrates is immobilized onto the 96-well plate. The kinases use ATP to phosphorylate the substrate on the plate. The phosphorylated product is detected by the phosphor-substrate specific antibodies. See figure1 for the principle illustration.

Assay for inhibitors of the serine/threonine kinases listed in Table 1

Storage & Stability

Product is stable for 30 days at room remperature. 6 months at 4°C.
